🍂 Fall Fest is Almost Here!
After a little help from Mother Nature rearranging our original plans, Pine Ridge Fall Fest is officially set for Sunday, October 18!
Join us for Pine Ridge's biggest event of the year! Fall Fest brings together neighbors of all ages for an afternoon filled with great food, family fun, games, live entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to connect with the community.

We're asking all Pine Ridge households planning to attend Fall Fest to RSVP.
Your RSVP is especially important this year because we're providing professionally catered food from Pungo Boys BBQ. Your response helps us determine how many neighbors and guests are attending and, most importantly, how much food we need to order.
Please include everyone in your household who plans to attend as well as any guests you'll be bringing.
RSVPs help us plan appropriately and be responsible with Civic League funds. Food quantities will be based on our RSVP count.
🍽️ New for 2026 — Catered Food!
You spoke... and we listened!
Based on feedback from last year's event, we're excited to offer professionally catered food from Pungo Boys BBQ at this year's Fall Fest.
Thanks to several grants awarded to the Pine Ridge Civic League, we're able to make this year's event even better while continuing to invest those funds directly back into our neighborhood.
On the Menu:

🧀 Macaroni and cheese
🥬 Creamy coleslaw
🍗 Chicken tenders
🍎 Fruit trays
🧀 Cheese trays
🥔 Chips
🍪 Cookies
🥤 Sodas, juice, Gatorade, and water
⚠️ Please Remember: Food is While Supplies Last
Our food order will be based on the number of people who RSVP.
While your RSVP helps us purchase the appropriate amount of food, it does not reserve or guarantee a meal at a particular time. Food will be available while supplies last.
If eating is part of your Fall Fest plans, we strongly encourage you to arrive earlier in the afternoon. Please don't plan to arrive at 3:30 or 4:00 PM expecting the full menu to still be available.
As much as we'd love to purchase enough food to feed every person who could possibly attend, the Civic League simply cannot financially plan to feed all 266 Pine Ridge households plus guests. The RSVP process helps us provide a great meal while being responsible with Civic League funds.

Whether you've lived in Pine Ridge for twenty years or just moved in, Fall Fest is the perfect opportunity to meet your neighbors, catch up with old friends, and celebrate what makes our community such a great place to call home.

Fall Fest doesn't happen without our neighbors!
We're looking for volunteers to help throughout the day with setup, activities, food service, cleanup, and other areas.
You don't have to give up your entire afternoon. Even volunteering for an hour makes a huge difference and still leaves plenty of time to enjoy Fall Fest with your family.
